Ok...

Virtuemart had been installed for some time (version 1.1.4 ~ joomla 1.5.15)

I downloaed the installer zip yesterday (11/18/2009).

Is there a possible problem with Virtuemart 1.1.4? I see it comes with 1.1.3...

I can uninstall the Gift Registry and reinstall the same files if it's thought to be necessary, otherwise do I need some updated files?

Thanks

uninstall the gift registry. you have to have virtue mart installed first. refresh the page and reinstall the gift registry so it can install the needed components to the virtumart application.

If that does not work, there was a version of the gift registry that did not include some things (it was creator error) but they will email you the correct zip file. You will have to uninstall it again and start over with the new zip file.

Good luck.

Hello,

it may be compatibility issue if you don't need need virtuemart mart 1.1.4 plz try gift registry with 1.1.3 which comes with gift registry package.and follow these steps,
1 install virtue mart , its all modules and plug-ins
2.install gift registry
3. install gistregistry module

I already have a live store running 1.1.4. I would prefer to keep it that way. Can someone help me determjine what needs to be modified to get 1.1.4 working.

I have paid your organization for this extension and would think a little more responsiveness would be in order.

has the developers of the registry gotten back with you on how to make that work yet?
They have been fairly good about that.
