I installed VM, then gift registry. Cannot get it to work. Here are my issues:

1. Main default menu item leads to a blank component.
2. Itemids are not retained, mod_gift links lead to pages with no itemids, they should inherit the itemids of the corresponding menu items if the exist, otherwise inherit the default gift registry components itemid.
3. The user manual linked to from the site and forums is for frontend users. Do you have an admin user manual or readme?
4. Can you provide a list of VM files that gift registry adds or modifies?
5. I see no way to add products to my registry...
